Ichamati Picnic Spot at Taki
This is an excellent place for a day out with your family. Located just in the banks of river Ichamati, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. They can arrange boat ride if you desire to do so. Little away from the crowd of downtown Taki. They also serve delicious food. The garden is full of trees. Children can play in the park. Toilets are also clean and well maintained. You can also rent a room if you have ladies or young children with you. There is a man made reforestation, which the local people call ‘mini Sunderban’. This place is good for students of Botany to learn about halophytic plants. This place is 10 mins. Ride from Ichamati picnic spot.
Full spot rent: Rs. 5000 (full spot, two rooms, ladies and gents toilet, ride for children)
Half spot rent: Rs. 5000 (half spot, ladies and gents toilet, ride for children)
