Duarsini is located in the border of the districts of West Bengal and Jharkhand. Forests of Sal, Segun and Piyal and small hills surround Duarsini. Satgudum river is flowing through this place. Duarsini is inhabited by the tribals. It is a perfect place for those who want to spend their weekend with nature.

Sightseeing and Activities

You can visit the tribal villages and witness their simple, traditional lifestyle. The forest embracing Duarsini is another attraction. It is home to wild animals like bears, wild pig, elephants, hyena and wolf. If you are lucky, then you might catch a glimpse of these animals in their own natural habitat. Sit on the bank of the Satgudum River and feel rejuvenated as you listen to the endless chirping of birds, bubbling of the rivulet and stare at the vast open sky above you.

Best Time to Visit

Duarsini can be visited round the year except during the summer.
